In this Gallery you will see a few pictures of what I’m currently working on. Every piece is unique, and individually handcrafted. I look to nature for my inspiration, and many of my pieces include the use of real leaves and grasses for added texture and decoration.


I’ve done my best to give an accurate portrayal of my work, and included the approximate size, colors available, and price of each item for your convenience.


If you like what you see or have any questions about any of my work please contact me. I do make special orders as well, so if you’d like to see an item in a particular color or pressed with a particular leaf or grass all you have to do is ask.


As an artist I’m constantly looking for new ways to do things, and for new things to create so please stop back from time to time as I’ll continue to add pictures to my gallery as well as new pieces as they become available.

What you will see...

Vases Vases can be used to display your larger live flower arrangements and is also perfect for your dried arrangements such as grasses or branches. Real leaves and grasses are pressed into the clay to create the unique decorative effects. They come in an oval, square, or circular shape, and can be either short or tall in height. Approximate Height (Short): 7 inches Colors Approximate Height (Tall): 14 inches
Leaf Dishes Stoneware Leaf Dishes are both decorative and functional. They are food safe, and dishwasher and oven proof. The leaf of your choice can be used as the design. Approximate Size: 9 inches in diameter Colors
Leaf Trays Leaf trays are very much like the Square and Rectangular Trays in that they are both decorative and functional. However, the look and feel of Leaf Trays is different because of the informal shapes and the added textures to the outside lip. While the Square and Rectangular Trays are all roughly the same size, the leaf trays are unique in that no two are identical in size and shape. Approximate Size (Small): 4-7 inches in diameter Approximate Size (Medium): 7-10 inches in diameter Approximate Size (Large): 10-15 inches in diameter
Wall Pockets Wall Pockets can hold water and are great for displaying live, or dried flower arrangements. They come in plain solid colors, or with texture from pressed leaves and grasses. Approximate Height: 16 inches Colors
Square and Rectangular Trays The Square and Rectangular Trays are great for holding just about anything; candy, spare change, keys, candles, decorative arrangements such as bulbs, and the specialty for the cracker tray... crackers. They also can be hung on walls or placed on holders as more formal decoration. The inside of the tray is a natural color with leaf or grass texturing, while the outside boasts a single color or a combination of colors. (The Cracker Tray is on the right in the picture, and the Large Square is not Shown). Octagonal Trays and Bowls Octagonal Trays are also similar to the Square and Rectangular Trays. They are functional, and can be hung on walls or placed on holders as more formal decoration. The inside of the tray is a natural color with leaf or grass texturing, while the outside boasts a single color or a combination of colors. The Octagonal Bowl (on the left in the picture) is different than the trays in that it is deeper, and can be used as a pie plate or bowl. Flower Holders These stoneware flower holders can be used in a variety of decorative ways. Display your favorite mementos on the wall; Air dry flowers, grasses, twigs, herbs, holly, and evergreens, or hang your decorative towels. They are solid in color with no leaf or grass pressings. Approximate Size: 3 x 3 inches Colors
Decorative Birdhouses The Decorative Birdhouses are not functional, but they can be displayed both inside or outside of your home. They all have a heart shaped hole opening, a leaf or grass textured roof, and come ready to hang with a copper wire. A solid colored roof is also available. Approximate Size: 4 x 4 inches Colors
Bird Feeders Birdfeeders are both decorative and functional. They are shaped like an inverted heart, and offer a peg for the birds to perch on as well as a roof to offer shelter while they eat. Like the Decorative Birdhouses the roof is leaf or grass textured, and it comes ready to hang with a copper wire. A solid colored roof is also available. Approximate Size: 6 x 7 inches Colors
Ikebana Vases Ikebana Vases are great for displaying single or small groups of live flowers. Each vase holds water and your flowers are placed on pin frogs to hold them in place. They come in a variety of shapes, sizes, and styles, and can be a single solid color, mixed color, or even have leaves and grasses pressed into them for a design. Santa Collection Santas, considered a collectible by some, are one of the most popular items for Braunschweig Pottery during the Christmas Season. Currently there are four different Santa styles. One has Santa with a candy cane (left), another has him holding a teddy bear (middle), there’s also Santa with a Christmas Tree, and the last one has him with an empty toy bag (right) that you can fill with something decorative of your own. Lamps Lamps are decorated with real leaf and grasses textures that are pressed into them during production. They are available in three different shapes; Square (shown), Round, and Oval. A 3 way light switch is included and also a 10 inch harp, but you will need to purchase your own lamp shade. Approximate Height (Base): 15 inches Colors Approximate Height (with Harp): 25 inches
Angels Angels are a perfect gift for Weddings, Anniversaries, and Birthdays. Each Angel is individually hand sculpted, and the stars that hang in front can be personalized with names, inspiring words, and dates. Angels can also be displayed outdoors on a 3 ft. copper pole (sold separately for $12). Approximate Height: 15 inches Colors
